The new centrally acting muscle relaxant, Tizanidine (Sirdalud®) is very effective to relieve pain & muscle spasm in myotonic painful disease of the low back. Total 24 cases of rr_yotonic low back pain were treated with Tizanidine at Department of Orthop.
